We just had to …

…go to India for the completion of dental work done, in India, in June. It was inconvenient from the point of view of our customers who have gotten used to our normal prompt completion of orders. I acknowledged the orders received in our absence and nearly all of you were very understanding.

One person asked why we did not think of putting a small note on our website explaining our absence. This would be tantamount to inviting people to our place , and the consequences therefrom. We did insert a note in all orders received during the past three months, advising people to keep three weeks stock of their regular order in the event of our having to be away.
